Jobs in 7 banks: Recruitment test postponed

The authority has postponed the combined seven banks’ recruitment test for the post of senior officer, considering the evolving situation of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Bankers’ Selection Committee (BSC) today took the decision to postpone the recruitment test, said a high official of Bangladesh.

The examination was scheduled to be held at 67 centres in Dhaka on December 5 where a total of 140,155 applicants were supposed to sit for the test against 771 posts.

The seven financial institutes are: Sonali Bank Limited, Janata Bank Limited, Rupali Bank Limited, Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank and Karmasangsthan Bank and Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation and Investment Corporation Bangladesh.
