BRAC Bank hiring Head of Syndication & Agency for Corporate Banking

BRAC Bank is looking for a head of syndication and agency for its corporate banking division.

The minimum educational requirement for the position is a bachelor degree in finance or marketing or management or economics or engineering from any UGC approved university.

Having both an engineering and business background will be considered an added advantage.

The position also requires the candidates to have a minimum of 12 years of experience in financial institutions with at least 6 years of experience in syndication finance.

The applicant requires to have the necessary knowledge on ECA backed financing, public-private partnership, equity finance, economic zones, infrastructure financing, bond issuance, investment banking, and financial modelling.
