Plan International hiring Sponsorship Programme Coordinator

Plan International Bangladesh is looking for a Sponsorship Programme Coordinator. 

In a circular publishes in the job section of its website, the organisation said that the sponsorship programme coordinator will be responsible for working with partners for community mobilisation for managing growths and cancellation of sponsored children.

The will also be responsible for controlling quality of sponsorship communication items; ensuring participation of sponsored children in programmes implemented by Plan International; tracking benefits for the sponsored children; hosting sponsor visits and developing youth volunteers.

The minimum requirement for the job is a degree in Social Science with at least 2-3 years of experience in the development sector. The candidate should have the experience to use various technological tools (Computer including e-mail, internet, scanner, software (MS Offices), etc).

S/he has to have effectively communication skills to facilitate relevant orientation to make sponsored children and their families understand the necessity of maintaining quality communications between the sponsor and the sponsored children.

The candidate needs to have experience in community mobilization and willingness to ride motorcycle.

The job location will be Hatibandha of Lalmonirhat district, starting from June 30, 2021.
