According to BSEC officials, a letter has been sent to the managing director of National Tea Company recently. The authorities of the Dhaka and Chittagong stock exchanges have also been informed about this.
The independent directors nominated in the National Tea Company are: Brigadier General Md Zahidur Rahman and Dhaka University’s professor of marketing department Dr Razia Begum.
