In photos: Mask or no mask?

With winter coming, the government has imposed “no mask, no service” policy to curb the spread of COVID-19. But with every day that passes by, people are getting more and more reluctant to wear a mask before going outdoors. 

Meanwhile, health experts believe that there’s a lacking from the government’s end at implementing the policy. All of the photos were captured in Karwan Bazar area of Dhaka on Saturday.
