Who is in the Champions League knockout stage?

Uefa

Dhaka (Dec 10, 2020): The line-up for the Uefa Champions League round of 16 is complete on Wednesday night.

The teams are: Bayern, Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG, Chelsea, Dortmund, Juventus, Liverpool, Manchester City, Atalanta, Atlético Madrid, Lazio, Leipzig, Mönchengladbach, Porto and Sevilla.

Of the big teams, Inter Milan and Manchester United have failed to qualify for the knockout stage of the Europe’s elite tournament.

The draw for the last 16 will be on December 14 at Uefa's headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

The 16 teams will be divided into two pots - one for the seeded teams that are the winners of eight groups, and one for the unseeded teams - eight runners up.

Teams from the same country cannot be drawn against each other, meaning that Manchester City cannot meet Liverpool until the quarter-finals.
