Mohammed Shami retired hurt after being hit by a Cummins delivery. So, India's second innings total stood 36, lowest ever score.
Before that, India's lowest total in Test cricket was 42 against England in 1974. None of Indian batsmen was able to score double digit.
Pat Cummins took 4 wickets and his bowling partner Josh Hazlewood 5.
Now, Australia needs just 90 runs to win the first test of 4 match series.
