Boxing Day Test: India lose Agarwal after Australia’s 195

India have lost Mayank Agarwal early, after bowling out Australia for 195 on Day 1 of the Boxing Day Test match at the MCG.

Earlier, Aussie skipper Tim Paine won the toss and opted to bat first.

Marnus Labuschagne was the top run-scorer, accumulating 48 runs off 132 deliveries, while Travis Head scored 38 runs from 92 balls.

Indian bowler Jasprit Bumrah accounted for four dismissals.

Ravichandran Ashwin and Mohammed Siraj took three and two wickets respectively. Jadeja accounted for one dismissal.

Shubman Gill and Mohammed Siraj made their Test debuts for the visitors.
