Chattogram Challengers change captain midway in the tournament

Naeem Islam replaced Mehidy Hasan Miraz as the captain of Chattogram Challengers. According to reports, the change was made on the advice of coach Paul Nixon. 

Miraz didn’t take it normally and was embarrassed by this incident. He may leave the team today and return to Dhaka.

Not only Miraz but other cricketers of the team were also surprised by the sudden change. With three wins in five matches, Chattogram are now at the top of the points list in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). When the team is doing well, why such a sudden decision, no one understands.

The players don't know if Nixon has said anything about changing captains. And the coach himself is not with the team. He was contracted for the whole season but he flew to England on Friday. Shaun Tait took his place.
