Marcelo bids Real Madrid emotional farewell

Marcelo was in tears while saying goodbye to Real Madrid players, staff and fans on Monday. The Brazilian has left the Santiago Bernabeu after 16 seasons. He is the most decorated player for the Spanish giants with 25 trophies to his name. 

“I leave here with my head held high. My family is very proud of me. I’m lucky, everything I’ve had in my life has been with work, but I’ve been lucky with the people I’ve had by my side. Thank you all very much. It’s not a goodbye, I don’t feel that I’m leaving Madrid. If you don’t give me a ticket, you’ll have a problem!”
