Rajshahi beats Dhaka in first Bangabandhu T20 Cup match

Minister Group Rajshahi has beaten Beximco Dhaka by two runs in the opening game of Bangabandhu T20 Cup.
Mahedi Hasan bowled brilliantly at the final over to help Rajshahi win the match. During the final over, five of his balls were dots. The batsman Muktar Ali was able to hit only one of the balls through square leg off to secure a four.
In his four overs, Mahedi gave only 22 runs and got one wicket.
Earlier in the game, he also produced 50 runs off 32 balls when Rajshahi was in trouble in the middle of their innings.
At the start of the innings with a target of 170, Dhaka moved quickly. But with a cost of losing three wickets within the first seven overs.
Beximco Dhaka recovered in the middle of their innings with a 71-run partnership between Mushfiqur Rahim and Akbar Ali.
They ended up needing 30 runs off the last 12 balls. Mukhtar hit three 6s in the 19th over and managed to get 21 off the over bowled by Farzad Reza.
