To get emergency balance, a customer has to dial *121*1*3#. To know the eligible amount, customers are asked to dial *121*1010*2#. The users can use this emergency balance amount for any voice calls and for any SMS. The emergency balance amount can be used at any time.

Robi

To avail the balance, Robi users need to dial *123*007#. All eligible Robi prepaid customers can avail emergency balance up to Tk 100. Users can check their eligibility by dialling *8#.

Banglalink

Banglalink Advance offers up to Tk 50 in emergency balance. The users have to dial *874# when balance is less than Tk 5. With Banglalink Advance, customers can enjoy a minimum credit advance and communicate during their urgent needs even when they run out of balance.

Teletalk

To avail the emergency balance, customers need to dial *1122#or send SMS YES to 1122. SMS sent to 1122 is toll-free and no monthly subscription fee will be charged for the emergency balance service. Customers will be able to check the emergency balance status by dialling *1122# or sending SMS STATUS to 1122.
