Foundation laid for Sheikh Kamal IT Training Centre in Chattagram

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak on Saturday laid the foundation stone of the Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Centre in Chandgaon area under Chittagong City Corporation.

Deputy Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury, lawmaker Moslem Uddin Ahmed MP, and Chattogram City Corporation administrator Khorshed Alam Sujon, among others, were present.

With an aim to create skilled human resources in the IT sector, Bangladesh High-Tech Park Authority is setting up the Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation centres at eight locations across the country -- Chattagram, Sylhet, Rangpur, Natore, Cumilla, Netrakona, Barisal and Magura.
