Committee formed to verify Rahima Food’s number of shares

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on Thursday formed a three-member committee to verify the number of shares of the Rahima Food Corporation Limited.
The committee members are BSEC Deputy Director Ziaur Rahman, Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC Manager Md Rakibul Islam and Assistant General Manager of the Central Depository Bangladesh Limited Kazi Minhaz Uddin, reports BSS.
The committee has been asked to submit report within 15 days.
