At least 24 people, including teenage students, were killed in a suicide bombing at an education centre in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul on Saturday.
The security guards identified a bomber who detonated explosives in the streets outside the Kawsar-e-Danish centre, reports Reuters quoting Tariq Arian, a Ministry of Interior spokesman.
A Taliban spokesman already denied responsibility for such an attack on Twitter.
Islamic State, however, claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement on Telegram, without providing any evidence.
