Dhaka (Nov 9, 2020): President-elect of the United States of America Joseph R. Biden Jr. has disclosed his top four priorities, including climate change, to make America great again.
Biden’s other three top priorities are: Coronavirus, economic recovery and racial equity.
“Our nation is grappling with a pandemic, an economic crisis, powerful calls for racial justice, and the existential threat of climate change,” Biden said in his transition website on Monday.
The USA is the largest emitter of greenhouse gases, but Trump has frequently weakened all efforts of climate change researchers who now believe that the situation would change under Democrat Biden.
Once sworn into office, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will provide the much-needed national leadership to tackle the pandemic and begin USA’s recovery, according to the website.
“President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris know we can’t simply go back to the way things were before. The team being assembled will meet these challenges on Day One and build us back better.”
